These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of medilumeskin.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from Medilume Group LLC (“Medilume,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order on the Site.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and fit may vary from person to person. Please review sizing guides and ingredient lists before purchasing.

3. Wellness and skincare notice

Our products are intended for everyday comfort and personal care. They are not medical devices or drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual experiences vary. Always perform a patch test before using a new skincare product, and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or have a medical condition.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or limited availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Medilume Group LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medilume Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
